Each year at our Leaders' Summit and Conference, money raised from the Silent Auction goes towards funding professional development opportunities for our members. One way we do this is through offering scholarships.
Each year, scholarships are awarded to EDA members in good standing in order to further their continued education in the field of economic development. The scholarship must be used for educational programs/courses approved by the EDA Board. Currently these courses include our CEDTP courses as part of the Economic Developers Certificate at the University of Calgary.
To apply, download the scholarship application here. Please note, scholarships are not awarded in advance, only once training is completed.
Note: We have been advised that the University of Waterloo training will no longer be covered under the ICCI scholarship program.
