co-operatives and economic development (CAED)

An Economic Development Tool to Build Local Capacity

Economic developers often support entrepreneurs who want to start co-operatives and can connect them with local government to ensure their co-operative aligns with community economic development priorities. This course will help you understand the process of starting a co-operative and the role you can play in supporting a co-operative start-up.

This is an optional Community Economic Development Training Program (CEDTP) course co--developed with Co-operatives First.
