Business retention and expansion (BR&E) is a primary economic development strategy resulting in  a healthy and thriving business community which in turn provides a long term sustainable community foundation.

Earn credits equivalent to 2/3 of instruction hours, up to a maximum of 30 hours. For example, a 15-hour course earns you 10 hours credit.
