Conversation can go from good to bad in the blink of an eye. The skill of turning a difficult conversation or confrontation back to a respectful dialogue is an essential one, especially for those working on multi-stakeholder projects or on teams during change processes. In this webinar, participants will learn about how to have the conversations that matter most-- and are mostly avoided.
