Tourism in Alberta is an $8 billion industry supporting over 19,000 small businesses and sustaining 127,000 full time equivalent jobs in all regions and corners of the province. The Tourism Division of Alberta Culture and Tourism, supports the growth and diversification of Alberta’s tourism industry by collaborating with industry, government and stakeholders to create new and expanded tourism attractions, destinations and experiences.  In addition to developing and influencing government policy to support tourism development, the division provides programs and services focused on helping communities and their entrepreneurs and small businesses to realize the benefits and opportunities of being part of the tourism economy.

Attend this free session to learn more about Alberta’s dynamic tourism industry and how the Tourism Division can support and work with your community to benefit from being part of the tourism economy.
